Abstract:
The project looked specifically at one company and analyzed their surrounding network focusing on collaboration between the company and relevant stakeholders. Based on this analysis a number of PSS related methods and tools were utilized to create an array of PSS concepts tailored to the company. Involving the company and customers needs in the decision process, one final concept was selected and detailed to a degree ready for implementation.
